Interview
During COVID so all virtual. Very fast process with four, thirty minute interviews. Interviewers were nice and focused on my experiences and geared questions toward culture fit as well. They were pretty desperate for a body so maybe that was a factor in the speedy process.
There are 2 sets of interviews that are conducted.
One is with Managers and the second is partner level interviews followed by a case study. They will then let you know the results and provide you with a contract where you can negotiate the salary.

Three 30-min rounds - HR screening, culture fit conversation with the vertical Partner, and strategy case study with Director. The interviewers were cordial and made the interview conversational to understand the candidate's background and expertise.
