Simple application process, followed by basic aptitude and emotional intelligence assessments and a video interview. However, never heard after the video interview on the progression of the application after being forwarded to the hiring manager
I interviewed at RSM (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Did the tests (situational judgement, numerical and verbal) and then had an video interview which lasted about 20 minutes. They didn’t give feedback which I was very disappointed with but managed to know where I went wrong, make sure you describe about team work, time management and communication.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
The application process was simple. An online application, standard test and then a video interview. If successful after this you will be called for an AC. The AC was a slightly stressful day and it could have been run slightly better. A long time was wasted and there seemed to be a lot of waiting around. The day starts with a group exercise. Mine was analysing different investment proposals and presenting our chosen proposal to the CEO of the made up company.
This was followed by a while of waiting around while completing a test involving fixing mistakes made on a balance sheet. While doing this we were selected to do an Interview with two Managers/Directors. This seemed semi-formal, but it is important to answer the questions while maintain a conversation(easier said than done). Then after this, there is a culling section where half the people are told to go home and half stay on. The second half of the day involves doing a case study independently. We were given pages of data about a company and we had 1.5 hrs to write a report and valuation of a company. After this your report is given to partners and you are then quizzed on it for about 40 minutes.
