i) Application form/CV; ii) Situational judgment tests; iii) numerical reasoning, data analysis; iv) video interview (job simulation); v) assessment centre; vi) partner interview. Assessment centre consists of a group task (45 mins), discussion of preprepared exercise (45 mins), strengths/competency questions (30 mins), 'micro exercise' - data analysis and presentation (20 mins). It was quite intense with a lot to do. Best advice is to be confident, don't necessarily take leadership role in group task but look to be involved in delegation and working as a team.
