2 interviews and a general aptitude test. The first meeting is to be whitelisted, second felt like a formality. During interview seemed to not stay on topic this was consistent in both.

Introduction presentation by former grads and HR staff, then small group case study of 4-5 ppl on a non-technical topic. After this is wrapped up there's an individual interview by a partner and an associate.
Tedious in some ways, very thorough in others. Psychometric testing is common and can make the difference when your CV is lacking in certain areas. Overall pleasant experience but could be made more straightforward.
