Interview
It was a online interview. The interviewer was clear of what they are looking for. If you don't meet one of the requirements, you are out. The HR was quite responsive.
asked about the company and have to had knowledge about business coding required and there will be an aptitude test online before the next process and then the interview if shortlisted then there will be a group discussion round
The interviews were more like conversations, allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences while also learning about the company and the role. The Recuirter was professional and supportivem, very welcoming and encouraged me to ask questions.

It was 3 rounds, I believe. First one behavioral, second one also behavioral and the final one was in their office with two partners (separately). It might have honestly just been two rounds, but I can't remember. Either way, none of them were technical.
