These were the following stages of the application (had to pass each individual stage to get onto the next) 1. online application 2. situational judgment test 3. video interview + numerical reasoning test + situational judgment questions Incredibly dissatisfied as less than a minute after I complete stage 3 I receieved an automated rejection. What is the point of making people do a video assessment if it's not going to be reviewed? 2+ hours of my time completely gone to waste.
