The recruiter was kind and talked up the company. My interview with the hiring manager was well and seemed promising and the second interview with her counterpart was a dud. He ate during the interview and kept flipping his camera on and off and the other interviewer in the call would reach for her team chat on her computer either speaking with him or another person. I appreciate laid back atmosphere but at least have the courtesy to wait 30 min to have your meal and give a candidate respect and attention. I would have given the whole process a positive experience but the second interview left a bad taste in mouth and happy they didn’t extend an offer.
