Relatively easy. It was very chill with behavioral questions only. Back to back 30 minute interviews with a manager and a partner. Asked about why I chose tax, what my career plans are, etc.
There are 4 questions and each question has 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. It takes around 25-30 minutes to finish the whole process and it usually takes 7 days to receive a result.

Very conversational! I had two back-to-back interviews: one with a partner and one with a manager. The manager asked why RSM compared to other firms, while the partner mostly talked throughout.
