For graduate scheme, numeracy tests, then job sim, then virtual AC which included group task, and individual interview, then an in person AC, which included group tasks and chat with a director.
3 rounds of interviews. Standard phone screen, technical knowledge interview with a singular senior team member, and a personality/fit interview with the team leader. Overall an pleasant and easy interview process
