Multi-part interview with several partners of the firm. Mostly asking about educational experience and jobs outside of school. They were basing a lot of the information off of my resume.
There are 4 questions and each question has 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. It takes around 25-30 minutes to finish the whole process and it usually takes 7 days to receive a result.

Very conversational! I had two back-to-back interviews: one with a partner and one with a manager. The manager asked why RSM compared to other firms, while the partner mostly talked throughout.

Most of the interview at RSM US LLP focused on your personality and your previous job experience, with questions assessing how you communicate, handle situations, and fit within the company culture.
