I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTI Consulting (Arlington, VA) in Mar 2023

Interview

Round table with 4 managers conducting the interview. Each manager took turn to ask questions about their specific expertise as it pertained to the job description. The process lasted about an hour with each manager asking anywhere from 5-10 questions with follow on questions
