There were multiple rounds of interviews, and no one asked about skills. All the questions were about getting along with colleagues. I found this odd given my day to day work is focused on using hard skills.

The whole interview process was 4 30-minute interviews with staff from different teams and seniority levels. It made for disjointed conversations and some repetitive questioning, but I appreciate being able to interview with potential future coworkers, not just managers.

There were also questions that required you to give examples of instances when you showcased certain attributes or skills.
