Interview
After the online test, we moved on to a video interview. During the interview, I was asked several questions to get to know me better and understand my motivations. The questions included "Tell me about yourself," "Why are you applying for this program?" and "What are your career goals?"
Aptitude test, followed by online one-way interview and assessment center in Chicago office consisting of presentations and team case study. Very smooth process and HR was very communicative, had a very pleasant experience overall.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RWE in May 2024

It was much smoother and organized. First interview had mostly HR questions, and in the 2nd interview they asked more detailed questions and also we had a group task and a presentation challenge
