Initially I applied online and a two weeks later o received an email requesting to input 5 references. I emailed HR and told them it was completed. She emailed me back one day later requesting to schedule an interview. The interview was scheduled for two weeks later. Day of the Interview: met with HR where she described the position and I explained my credentials and experience. Once that was completed which took about 10-15 minutes she walked me to the psych unit to meet with the director. The director interviewed me by telling me the functions of the job and asking me for my availability and my experience which was very casual. She then gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to the staff in all units. After the tour she asked if I would be interested in the position and then told me she would get back to HR. The whole I Interview lasted for an hour and fifteen minutes. I am still waiting for an offer or not...the interview was two days ago. So hopefully I get a call.
