Use a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios. Definitely have some situations for all the common topics asked in nursing interviews. Like disagreements with patients, a time you intervened and caught a patient circling the drain ect.

Contacted by recruiter. Did a phone screening where they asked about my experience and what I was looking for in a position. Then, they set me up for an interview with the nurse manager. Interview was via Zoom and lasted 15 minutes.
It was not awful, but it was lengthy. I was not prepared for an hour-long conversation about myself. I did not have much prior experience so there was not much to say and it made me feel very awkward.
