Interview
Phone interview went well. Second in person interview went well. The first and second were typical types of interviews, basically seeing if you are a good fit for the company and the role. The third interview was an all day interview and it tested your ability of being under pressure for the sales position. This was the for the central sales team and you were pretty much competing with other people to be selected to be on this team. You had to present a sales pitch in front of many employees, do a presentation, team work project, meet and greets with other employees, etc. Fun experience and it really tested your abilities.

Took around half an our, really enjoyed it i thought it was very professional but friendly at the same time, Recruiter was very helpful for the whole of the interview, i was very comfortable to answer all questions which was i thought fantastic, it showed me that the company i have applied to work for is very supportive and keen to invest in their employee for more development it proves with time you can progress within a company.

Face to face interview with event manager and sales manager, applied through a recruiter. Met recruiter first then then same day interview was organized at reed. They did not go much in detail about the job or commissions. Just asked my previous relevant industry knowledge.

An all day interview process that starts with a presentation about yourself in front of management, then a group activity and finally an interview round table. Overall good experience and one of the most intense interview processes I've had.
