The interview process was pretty seamless for my role, which included meeting with the hiring manager, my superior, one other high-level executive and finally company leadership. From time of application to offer, it was about 5 weeks.

Behavioral and Situational questions. Phone call interview, took 45 min. Questions were a range of asking about company, personal experience and skills. Ended with asking about any additional questions I had.
Run by HR. Very professional. Phone screen by HR. In-person interview with team. Follow-up with head of team. Followed by financial modeling test.
Interview very focused on technical skills in real estate investment analysis and similar project experience. Team stressed importance of going to Long Island HQ which was not something I was expecting out of NYC office.
