Phone Call, Zoom, no third interview. Questions were more general fit and experience as opposed to technical and STAR. Seemed like rapport was most important to the hiring manager. I was not selected to move on.
2 Interviews - last interview was a case study in front of team. First interview was general easy PjM questions. Didn't get offered the position however because "I seemed nervous" they were also not open to reconsidering for a lower level role.
