They will call you, then you would go to the store you applied to, one of the head guys from corporate will come in and conduct the interview, you'll then speak with the store manager and she'll give you the tour and tell you what you will do on a day to day basis.

Do you have an understanding of the customer service world?
The interview process was fairly simple. First, I had about 30 minutes to an hour with the recruiter. After that they did a background test and within about two weeks they have a decision.
The asked you about your experience and then if they like you walk you around the store and prepare tos end you to your 2 day training buts ok it’s prettu easy

Fun manager and very laid back. I enjoyed everything about this interview because I was very comfortable. The manager was very very nice and process was very easy .
