Phone screen was very short (or I nailed it, haha). On-site interview is 90 minutes as follows: 1 - 30 minutes with entire 5 person team to review your assessment assignment, details of which are sent 48 hours before the interview. 2 - 30 minutes with Director and Sr. Manager, basic interview questions. 3 - 30 minutes with (hiring) Manager, basic interview questions. Be prepared for the general interview questions, but be aware that the interview definitely weighted on the assessment. Note: My rating for the interview assessment is based solely on interview questions, not the assessment.
