I applied for a position and was contacted within a few days. I was scheduled for an interview through an automated system. The system sent me a a reminder about the interview about 2 hours before the interview. Then at the exact time my interview was suppose to commence, I received an automated email stating that my interview had been canceled. After that, I received one final email stating that the position had been filled. Of course I was left with a bad impression of the company and knew that the information on their website about working their is all lies and smoke screens. I'm sure I dodged what would have probably ended up being a horrible work experience. They already showed me they don't value people's time and effort.
