I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (Remote, OR) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was performed over several months as the company didn't seem to have their act together due to numerous scheduling conflicts. All of the interviews were done via video as well as some technical problem solving tasks. Be prepared to not hear anything for weeks, in my case, over a month. I was turned away, in my perception, due to lack of diversity and age.
