Contacted via a recruiting agency, scheduled an interview a few days later. Supposed to be a 3 person panel, instead just one interviewer for a technical interview. He asked questions he did not even know the answers to because he was not technical. Seems as thought they had already chosen someone for the position but gave me a quick interview because it was scheduled.
