I got through 3 interviews. 1st interview was a simple, automated screening interview featuring pre-recorded questions I answered via my webcam. The 2nd interview was supposed to be an 30 minute technical interview over the phone but I breezed through it in 10 minutes. The interviewer asked questions about basic IP (how many bits in an IPv4 address), OSPF (LSA types, multicast addresses used, area types, route types), STP (what it is, the versions), CDP (what it is, used for). The 3rd interview was a 3 hour web-based interview with 3 groups of 2 people each. The first group featured the same guy from the 2nd interview, and disappointingly, the same questions. The 2nd group were "Network Managers", which asked me stress and personality related questions. The 3rd group were other network engineers who, even more disappointingly, asked me nearly the same questions as the 1st group. They did delve into some other topics but overall seemed irked to be on the conference in the first place. The 2nd group and 3rd group told me to either expect a "No thanks" in the next few days or an invitation to fly up to VA for a 4th interview. They said "No thanks".
