Huge waste of time. Applied for a Sales job and they sent an email link to take a 40 minute assessment. Took the assessment and received the form letter reject email about 24 hrs later. Maybe decide if the potential candidate is a good fit prior to wasting 40 minutes of their time. Assessment should be after screening call not before.

Question 1
How can Rackspace waste as much of your time as possible?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Was a great experience, well communicated thorough. I knew exactly what to expect and when. Each interviewer was direct with their questions and answered every question I had. Offer came as discussed in a timely manner as well as all the follow up corresondence.
I was invited to schedule a recruiter interview for the Sales Executive VI BT role with Rackspace Technology. Despite confirming the calls twice, the recruiter failed to attend on both occasions without any prior communication or explanation. My time was invested in preparing and attending, yet ultimately wasted due to these no-shows.
