Interviewed with Rackspace. One phone screen with an internal recruiter and two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with two teammates I would be working with. Hiring Manager and team were great, and the interview was more of a conversation. Negative review is for company's recruitment team. At first the recruiter was great, responsive, and friendly. I was verbally offered the role on 3/8 and had to follow up multiple times (about every 2 weeks) asking for a formal written offer. Unfortunately, I got a response that the position was "no longer required at this time" on 4/15 I had my doubts about this company going into the hiring process but this response confirmed all doubts. Seems to be dysfunctional and failing company like many are saying and I do not recommend anyone interview or work for Rackspace.
