Raconteur interview questions

I was contacted by the Head of Talent & Inclusion and invited to give times that I would be available for a phone interview. I then got no reply from the company for a week, despite chasing them up. When a phone interview was eventually scheduled, the interviewer missed the appointment. I had given up hope of hearing back from them when I got a call out of the blue. I ended up having the interview there and then. Unfortunately, I had just left for long weekend away, so the interview was conducted with me standing on a windy mountainside with very poor phone reception. I was left feeling that my time had been wasted and my application not taken seriously.
