It felt like I was talking to one of my best friends, which made the conversation feel incredibly natural, comfortable, and genuine. At the same time, it was still one of the most informative and valuable interview experiences I have had. He made it easy to be myself while also explaining the role, the company, and the growth opportunities in a very clear and thoughtful way. I left the conversation feeling much more excited about the opportunity because of how helpful, welcoming, and engaging he was. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I have had, both because of how comfortable he made the conversation feel and because of how clearly he represented the company.
