First I had a chat with the recruiter to make sure our interests are aligned. After that I was scheduled to be interviewed by the head of engineering. In the one-hour interview, we were discussing experience in managing teams. Talked about how to grow career of engineers, CI/CD process, testing, and support issues. The interview was scheduled 1 week after my chat with the recruiter. After the interview, i got ghosted. I’ve pinged the recruiter twice but did not get any response.
