      Manager Interview

      Mar 5, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Radiology Partners

      Interview

Unpleasant phone interview with the HR person. To be honest, it was probably one of the worst interviews I had. I applied online and received a phone interview request about a week or two later. I was interviewed by the company recruiter. The person sounds disinterested, annoyed, stone cold tone, cut and dried questions, and rude at times for some reasons. So far, Glassdoor has been pretty accurate about company's reviews. There's a reason why this company receives many "doesn't recommend" reviews. I used to interviewed with fortune 100 or billion dollars companies, much bigger companies than RP. The recruiters there were very polite and pleasant to talk with, regardless you are being selected for next steps or not. And I can see why those companies are rated 4-5 stars on Glassdoor. Overall, very negative experience and I definitely do not want to work for this company. When a recruiter can act rudely to you on the phone, can't imagine what is it like in person. I think it's probably better if the hiring department can do a quick phone screen themselves, because honestly, HR really doesn't really know what they are asking sometimes.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Radiology Partners

      Interview

Initial interview went pretty well and the interviewer knew how to hold a professional interview that felt more like a conversation than an interview. However, the second interview with a more senior leader felt like I was being interrogated for a crime. This individual lacked the facial muscles to produce a smile. Needless to say my interview with the T1000 was not a positive experience. Not my idea of an employer I'd want to work for.

      Manager Interview

      Nov 11, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Radiology Partners

      Interview

I went through five separate interview on five different days. I was told I would be follower up with early the following week, after 10 days of silence, I reached out to the Hiring Manager for an update and was told it would be a few more days. It has now been a month since I completed the interviews and I was totally ghosted! The interviews were positive and moved quickly, giving the impression I was a top candidate. To not close the loop for a Manager level role (for recruiting nonetheless), was rude. I didn’t even received a generic auto-decline from their ATS. If this is how they treat candidates, it is likely indicative of the workplace culture, so if you’re interested in this company I would proceed with caution based on lack of communication and complete disregard for the extensive time one puts into such a lengthy interview process.
