During the phone interview, the interviewer mostly explained the role in detail and the type of accounts you would be managing. The in-person interview was a 2-hour long standard marketing interview where managers from different teams, including the accounts team and finance team, took turns asking you behavioral and resume-related questions. There was also a short exercise testing your ability to compose a series of professional emails given a hypothetical client relationship management scenario.

I had two phone interviews and a skype interview before meeting my superior in-person upon job acceptance. They really give you a transparent outlook at the job duties and work life.
