Submitted my resume online and received an email back to set up a phone screening interview. Talked with a team member on the phone and discussed the position and my experience. Afterwords I received an email inviting me to come for an on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I talked with members of the accounts team as well as the optimization team. The interview included an Excel "test" where they loaded up some historical data and I had to preform some analysis (summary statistics and graphs) as well as draw some conclusions about it. Received an email back informing me that they were moving forward with other candidates who's skills better fit their needs.
