Smart people who do the interviewing but there are a lot of interviews and they take a lot of time to schedule and get through. Seems like they make a big effort to make sure everyone on the team gets a chance to meet a candidate, but that means that the candidate has to endure many interviews that are not important to finding the right person -- it's just keeping team members happy that they got a say in the process.
