Applied online and was contacted for a phone screen within a week of applying.
Call was easy, professional in tone and what was discussed was relevant to the role. Was promised that I would get a call back for next steps - within a week I received automated "thanks for applying but we're going with another candidate" generic message.
Takeaway: initial process is great, the rest was both unprofessional and clearly disorganized.
