Technical interview by 2 team members who don’t have the interviews experience. One guy came late because he was having lunch and was reading the CV all the time like it was his first time seeing it!!
1st interview with a respectful director who went through all details.. 2nd interview with team members who were not ready or prepared and it felt like they have already made up their minds or something
