I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Railserve in Dec 2013
Interview
Interview was at the North Dakota Job Services Center - Minot, ND.
There was a group of gentlemen asking basic interview questions. Unfortunately, I had little sleep and a blip from one of my previous jobs. I'm not sure i will receive an offer due to that situation.
Overall, it was a pretty basic interview. I personally wasn't prepared and that's my own fault. It seems like a good place to work with excellent benefits.
Good Luck!
