      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Railserve in May 2015

      Interview

Brief and easy. The interview didnt last but about 30 minutes after I took the safety test. Was very pleased with the site manager. To bad his boss likes to go way over his head.

      Operator Interview

      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Railserve in Dec 2013

      Interview

Interview was at the North Dakota Job Services Center - Minot, ND. There was a group of gentlemen asking basic interview questions. Unfortunately, I had little sleep and a blip from one of my previous jobs. I'm not sure i will receive an offer due to that situation. Overall, it was a pretty basic interview. I personally wasn't prepared and that's my own fault. It seems like a good place to work with excellent benefits. Good Luck!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe a time when you were unsafe at work? Describe how you satisfied a customers needs. - this was difficult because I work independently and have little to no interaction with customers. I just receive work orders and complete the job in remote locations.
