I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Costa Mesa, CA) in May 2025
Interview
Very laid back and seemed like a conversation. Quick and easy and laid back. Only needed to fill out a quick paper for scheduling but very quick. Around 15 minutes max for the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does great customer service look like to you?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
