Relatively simple interview process. Very conventional. Apply online, wait for them to call you to schedule an interview, in which the manager will mostly inquire if you are going to be reliable.

I applied online and was called back two days after doing so. I was interviewed face-to-face, hired on the spot with the normal, "After background check is done, we'll call with orientation dates."

I met with the GM at an open interview event. I was asked a few simple questions. They seemed to value experience, outgoing personalities, and competitiveness. He had a decent sense of humor and we joked back and forth for a few minutes. I explained that I was not interested in staying a standard crew member for long and he explained the management track for the company. He offered a pay rate that I accepted. I agreed to a background check and provided two forms of ID for paperwork. I was in training three days later. It was a very simple interview.
