I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (North Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2015
Interview
Not professional, as I am used to in previous job interviews. There was not much in the way of eye contact from the panel members. They also appeared to pretend to be happy to be there, instead of somewhere else. The interview room was very noisy because 4 panels were interviewing at the same time, with 4 to 5 interviewees each.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
