I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2025
Interview
I applied online with the help of the AI dog, did a personality quiz, a couple hours later I got a text from the AI dog to set up an interview at canes. I went to my interview at canes, showed up a couple minutes before my interview, the people there were nice but I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come out and interview me and I honestly think they weren’t expecting me. The interview was pretty good and they asked simple questions, they said someone would be contacting me in a couple days to let me know but it’s been weeks and nobody reached out to me. I even emailed them and they haven’t answered me. It’s kind of frustrating because I feel like it was a waste of time and they probably weren’t even hiring but the AI sets up appointments for them and I think they should fix that. Also the least they could do is send a rejection letter because I feel like I put so much effort into doing this interview just to get ghosted..

Other Crew Member Interview Reviews for Raising Cane's
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
