The position that I interviewed for was for a Customer Success Manager role. The overall process was a great experience and a very thorough one.
I had applied online and didn't hear anything back for a few weeks, but was proactive in my follow up. Once I finally heard back I had two phone screenings that were about 30 minutes each before the holidays and then was brought in for a formal in-person interview in person early in the new year. For my in-person, I met with three individuals who were all on the managerial level and this session was about two hours in length. Great discussions took place about current role and characteristics that carried over well to the new role I was applying for at Raken. I learned a lot about the company during this interview too.
The last step of the interview process, I was tasked with giving some of the team members a presentation (Executive Business Review) on a topic I was familiar with and found the experience to be a challenge yet a lot of fun too. The presentation was apprx. 10-15 minutes and I presented to 4-5 people on the team and then was asked some questions afterwards.
It was a great experience and I would highly recommend anyone considering a new job with Raken to give it your best because this company rocks!
