A one month, 4 part let down. Red flag was that it took a whole month to complete my interview process, just for myself & other candidates to be strung along unfortunately. They even had me provide references, never checked or reached out to them. They lead me to believe my reference check was complete, then moved to the final part of the interview. I understood they were a smaller team compared to other SaaS companies, so I was patient. They were interviewing to pass time, position was still open for weeks, interview questions were very repetitive throughout the whole process and seemed a bit disorganized. I was not buying into the “Bro” culture of it all. The first three parts of the interview were nice, everyone seemed pretty cool and some down to earth. Last interview rubbed me the wrong way, seemed rushed and like the interviewer already had their mind made up. Just beware when investing your time & good luck! :) Hopefully no one else has this same experience. If it does, every “no” is closer to your yes!
