The interview process was three total 30-minute interviews. The entire process seemed like a massive waste of time. The same typical questions are asked repeatedly across all interview stages. The initial interviewer seemed disinterested but managed to move me to the next round. The final round interviewer appeared unprepared and seemed to rush through the process. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional that he had no idea what had been discussed in the previous rounds. The interviews had no real structure, and all seemed hastily thrown together. They even made it seem as though the position I was interviewing for was not valued.
