(1) An initial phone screen with the hiring manager; (2) three additional phone screens with team members across the recruiting function; (3) an onsite interview consisting of three 30-minute face to face sessions with (a) a Senior Recruiter, (b) the Director of Talent Acquisition, and (c) a summary conversation with the Technical Recruiting Manager and a Team Lead.
