Interview
The interview process was long but very professional. I went through 7 rounds of interviews that included some phone and some in-person. Everyone who interviewed me was very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate of my time. I was amazed at how prepared everyone was. Of all my interviews, this was the only employer where every single person printed my resume out beforehand. Some had even written notes in the margins. This level of dedication and attention to detail made me realize how special Rakuten Marketing is.
