Interview
I applied for the account manager role and was contacted by a recruiter after about a month from submitting resume. Off the bat, the Recruiter was really nice and open and honest about the role and how each step of the interview process would be. There were a total of four individuals that I interviewed with, each for 30 mins. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice, positive and answered my questions honestly which is always great!
Now the bad part……… The lack of communication after all rounds of interviews has been a little to none. I followed up multiple times via email and over the phone to see if there was any feedback(negative/positive). No answer. I was a little shocked since everybody was so pleasant to speak with prior to this. Employers need to keep in mind that when you are interviewing for a role, you are taking time out of your day and away from your current clients just to interview. I spent time researching and trying to understand everything about the role. The easiest thing for the recruiting team or the hiring manager to do is just let you know you didn’t get it. If they can provide feedback on why, even better! Even an automated email saying you moved onto another candidate. I have never been ghosted before in an interview process but this is really unfortunate especially for a company that has a lot of good things going for them. I would really take a look at your hiring processes and understand that bad experiences are talked about way more then positive. I hope this falls on ears that can make these changes….

Tell me your experience about managing enterprise sized clients
The interview process was very unorganized. Horrible communication, trying to communicate with the hiring team is a challenge. However, the actual interview was good. The difficulty was average, nothing too crazy.

Lighthearted, but makes sure you're up to the job. Interviewers were very clear about the workload and what's expected of you. They take things seriously, but never to the point of being scary, which brings comfort during the interview.
