I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
There was a phone interview and 2 in person follow up interviews. Pretty standard fare, focusing on experience and personality. The managers were very professional and kind. Overall, I had a very positive experience. They really try to embody the personable, stylish brand of RL.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
I met with my immediate manager and the operations coordinator first and then a second interview with a higher up whose position I cannot remember. I asked during the interview was there room to advance in the company and was basically told no. They ask if you are familiar with the brand and if you like the company. They asked about former employers and work experience as well.
