I had 5 separate interviews with all different people and a lot of scheduling changes. It took about 2 months to complete the interview process. Fortunately, I was coached by an executive recruiter.

Processing time is long, wait so long to hear back. Friendly interview process, open and honest communication. Can feel the passion people work in the company. Sounds easy-going and flexible.

One month after I applied, I was reached out by a recruiting manager. It took a bit of back-and-forth to schedule an interview, but I was ultimately fast-passed to have a video interview with the role's Director. It went well and the recruiter scheduled a second video interview with the Project Manager. That interview also went well, so I followed up with the recruiter afterward, but received no response. It's a real shame because I enjoyed my conversations with the team and I still regard this company very highly, but I ended up being ghosted.
