Very long and deceptive hiring process. I had three interviews. One with HR, and 2 with Contact Center Managers. I know I was blackballed because I was the top candidate. I was strung along and then after almost 3 months of playing the waiting game, I was told that they were going with another candidate. 3 solid interviews and invited back for 3 rounds and I didn't get the job??? This experience taught me why the company is going through so much chaos and turmoil. They are dishonest and play games. The whole process was a genuine waste of my time. It won't be long before the rest of their stores go out of business for their outdated fashions. This was once a well respected company but I understand why the company is continuously closing stores and getting rid of employees. They're unstable and have no clue how to get back in the game. The candidate selected wasn't even well qualified. straight office politics, favoritism and nepotism.
