I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Gulfport, MS) in Jan 2013
Interview
General meeting that covered many "what if" questions. The atmosphere for enterviewing was pretty weak, small office in the back of the store. The qualifications were nothing special, just needed to nice and polite with a general knowledge of folding and stocking shirts/ shorts.
I did in Japan for my part time job. When i went to the shop, I asked a staff to call a shop manager. I was a high school student, so questions were related to the school life.
